Meet Chef Nino
Hello, friend! I’m Chef Nino, and I’ve spent a lifetime chasing flavor and sharing joy through food. After living in Italy for 13 years and traveling across the world, I discovered that every country has its own story — told through its food, its people, and its spices.
Each of my signature seasoning blends is inspired by those journeys — from the soulful kitchens of Louisiana to the colorful streets of Mexico, the vibrant Caribbean islands, and the rustic countryside of Italy. Every blend is an extension of my travel experiences, crafted to bring authentic global flavor straight to your table.
Over the years, I’ve shared my love for food and laughter at more than 3,000 live events across America, blending comedy, cooking, and culture into every performance. Now, I’m honored to bring that same joy into your home through my spices, recipes, and in-home cooking shows.
